U.S. swimmer Ryan Lochte has left many viewers in a trance over his Adonis-like physique.

But if the Summer Games pretty boy has depleted the confidence levels of any gentlemen watching him, they should see what all that chlorine has done to his intellect, or lack thereof.

Seems it’s killing a lot more than pee in that pool—it’s appears the chlorine has taken his brain cells hostage. Then again, it’s not as if Lochte’s admirers are going nuts over his sharp wit.
